With 40 years at his trade, Wesley R. Bantz has come full circle. While working with
his tools, Wes worked his way up the ladder at a couple of companies.
Born in April of 1982, MAS was founded as a service company. MAS didn't sell anything but worked
hard and told the truth. Wes knew through some contacts with national accounts that they either had
too many or too few Field Installation people. MAS took on that task, even working for competing
companies, as their secrets were safe with MAS.
In 1985, AGVS Installations, Inc. was formed. This was an Installation company created solely for
installing AGV's (Automatic Guided Vehicles) a wire in the floor that a robot vehicle follows to do
a function. Wes has 2 US and 1 Canadian patent on the method of installation.
MAS/AGVS has worked across the country in more than 35 states. We travel wherever our customer demands.
As new technologies in installation evolve, Wes has re-invested in equipment and tools to enhance MAS's
capabilities.
Wes started with Rollin, his father, and one man in the field, his daughter and one part time lady in
the office, building the company at one point to 146 people.
Wes has never veered away from his core beliefs of Work Hard, Work Safe, Tell the Truth and have
State-of-the-Art Equipment. He believes that MAS needs to be cutting edge and professional. Wes has
always stated he will never ask someone to do something he wouldn't do himself and believes that
Mid-America Systems, Inc. employees are its most valued asset. Having seen lots of very interesting
projects being completed by MAS people Wes takes pride in all everyone has accomplished.
Please take some time and browse our website. We think you'll see why we are a smart move. Give Wes
a call at 1-800-747-1MAS (1627) or email mail him at the above link. Wes would like to talk with you
about why MAS should be your unique service company!

control of those factors likely to have an adverse impact. It's simply a smart move for you and us.
